It is a requirement that all Bandolero and Legends drivers must be a member of USLegends in order to race at Houston Motorsports Park.  Membership applications can be downloaded here :  2012 INEX Application

Bandolero Rules

• Houston RaceCeiver Frequency 462.7125 / 1018
• HMP Mandatory Bando Gear 13/59

• The only legal fuel for Bandoleros at HMP is Shell 93 Octane pump gas

• NO fuel addititves allowed

• Points awarded are based upon National Inex Points
